Check-in takes place from 2 pm on the date of arrival and check-out is by 11 am on the date of departure unless otherwise agreed.

Rooms are held until 6 pm on the date of arrival – after this time, the hotel reserves the right to sell the room.

The latest time for cancellation must be respected at all times (see time in confirmation), otherwise the hotel is entitled to payment for 1 night.

Cancellation of rooms should primarily be made via the cancellation link in the confirmation. Remember your reservation number and control code. If the link is not working, please contact the hotel directly by telephone, email or fax.
