From Copenhagen (distance approx. 175 km)
Take motorway E47 syd (south) (drive for around 150 km).
Exit at junction 48, signposted Tårs, Nakskov and Maribo.
From junction 48, turn right on the A9 towards Nakskov/Tårs.
Stay on the A9 for around 20 km until you get to the Nakskov area, then turn left at the signpost showing Nakskov 4 km with a white mark indicating road no. 289.

After driving for 2 km, you will see a large sign for SKOVRIDERGAARDEN on your right. Turn right and you have arrived at Svingelen.

From Rødby Havn by ferry (distance approx. 32 km)
Drive through the town via Havnegade (road no. 153/275).
Turn left at Vestre Alle (road no. 275) and continue to Nakskov.
At the roundabout outside Søllested, take the third exit (road no. 291).
Road no. 291 takes you right into Nakskov, then drive straight on at the first set of traffic lights.
At the roundabout by the Shell garage, take the first exit and then turn left at Sukkerfabrikken (the sugar factory) into Løjtoftevej.
Continue along Løjtoftevej, through the traffic lights, for approx. 1 km. You will find Skovridergaarden by turning left at our sign.

From Funen/Jutland via the Spodsbjerg-Tårs ferry route
When you drive off the ferry, you come out directly onto expressway no. 9. Continue straight on and then turn right at the sign showing Nakskov 2 km with a yellow mark indicating road no. 289.

After driving for 2 km, you will see a large sign for SKOVRIDERGAARDEN on your right. Turn right and you have arrived at Svingelen.
